Keys to Success: Landlord Education Summit

Salem Housing Authority is hosting a Keys to Success: Landlord Education Summit on Thursday, October 22, 2026, with our partners at the Salem Fire Department and Fair Housing Council of Oregon, and we need your help spreading the word to landlords in our community.

Free landlord training event will provide valuable information, resources, and CEU credits for attendees. Please promote this opportunity as much as possible when communicating with current and prospective landlords, property managers, and community partners.

Check-in begins: 12:30 PM
Location: Louck’s Auditorium, 585 Liberty St SE, Salem, OR 97301

Training topics will include:
• Working with your local PHA
• Payment standards and rent reasonableness
• NSPIRE
• Fire safety, smoke alarms, and carbon monoxide detectors
• Fair housing training provided by the Fair Housing Council of Housing Oregon
