ENGLEWOOD EAST FOR SENIORS

This is a 42-unit Senior property owned by Teton-Chemeketa Non-Profit Corp. and located at 3140 Tess Ave NE. At the time of move-in the head of household, co-head, or spouse must be age 62 or older. At the time of application, the head of household, co-head, or spouse must be age 60 or older. There is approximately a 24-30 month wait time for 1-bedroom units and 2-3 years for a 2-bedroom unit.

ENGLEWOOD EAST for people with disabilities

This is a small building of 8 units located at 3144 Tess Ave NE, with some special accessibility features located near Englewood East Apartments at 3140 Tess Ave NE. Occupants of this building do not have to be seniors, but must have a family member that is a person with a disability living in the household. There is approximately a 3-4 year wait time for 1-bedroom units and 3-5 years for a 2-bedroom unit.
