Salem Housing Authority CIS Enrollment

Health insurance for Salem Housing Authority employees and COBRA/Retiree members will be provided by CityCounty Insurance Services (CIS). Enrollment is online on the CIS website.

Employee Assistance Programs(EAP)

The EAP provided through CIS, included in our medical benefits package, is Canopy.  Call to request services. Under the Member Login tab, enter CIS as the company name. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a FREE and CONFIDENTIAL benefit that can assist you and your eligible family members with any personal problem, large or small.

The EAP offers face to face, phone sessions, or live video conferencing for problem identification, assessment, establishing outcome goals, recommendations, priorities and actions needed to reach goals.

    • Grieving a loss

    • Relationship conflict

    • Stress management

  • Call Canopy for a free 30-minute office or telephone consultation.  A 25% discount from the attorney’s/mediator’s normal hourly rate is available thereafter.

  • This service provides members with up to a 60-minute free consultation with a highly trained Fraud Resolution Specialist™ (FRS) who will conduct emergency response activities and assist members with restoring their identity, good credit, and dispute fraudulent debts.
